When you send an admission or contact enquiry, the website may collect the student name, phone number, optional email address, current class, programme interest, preferred campus and an optional message. This information is used to respond to the enquiry and support the requested admission conversation.
How information is handled
Enquiry data is validated by the website and delivered to KIE through the configured email service. The website does not display a success message unless that provider accepts the submission. KIE should retain enquiry information only for legitimate admission and support purposes and protect it from unauthorised access.
Student and parent portals
The public website does not store or expose private academic records. Student Zone and Parent Zone links open KIE’s existing authenticated portal, which may have separate privacy and security practices.
Technical information
The hosting platform may process essential server logs, such as IP address, browser type and request timestamps, for security, reliability and abuse prevention. This implementation does not add advertising trackers.
